Comments on the Woburn Sands Conservation Area Review document can be made within an 8 week period from 23rd November 2009 to 18th January 2010.

The document is available to view online by clicking on the button below (or to download and print by clicking on the 'Supporting Documents' tab). You can make comments on the document online by using the 'Add Comments' button at the start of each section.

Reference copies of the document are also available in the Civic Offices, and the libraries in Central Milton Keynes, Woburn Sands and Kingston.  Alternatively, you can request a hard copy of the document from the Conservation and Archaeology Team using the contact details below:

If you wish to make comments on the document, there are several questions on which we would particularly appreciate your views.  Each question takes the form of a statement and you should answer by telling us whether you agree or disagree with what the statement says.

The Data Protection Act 1998 requires Milton Keynes Council to notify you that the information that you have given through this website, including personal information, will be held on a third party database.  Your comments will not be treated as confidential - all comments will be available to see at the Civic Offices and online through this consultation system (Limehouse).  Names will not be published.

• If you wish to download or print a .pdf version of the Woburn Sands Conservation Area Review, you can do so by clicking on 'Supporting Documents' tab and clicking on the appropriate link.
• Also on that page is a downloadable map the Woburn Sands Conservation Area boundary.  If you wish to suggest how we should re-draw the boundary or character areas, or annotate the map in any other way, you could use this map, and either email or post it back to us, or if you respond through this website, you can attach the map at Question 6.
• A printable version of the full questionnaire is available as one of the supporting documents.  If you wish to complete that version of the questionnaire rather than responding online, you can do so, and post it back to us at the Freepost address on the form.
• The Council is always seeking to improve the way in which we provide planning services, including better access to information, advice and documents for all sections of the community, One way of doing this is to seek feedback from people using the service.   Through the 'Supporting Documents' tab we have included a brief monitoring survey.  If you wish to complete this form to help us with our monitoring, you can complete this form and return it to us (Freepost). All responses are completely confidential - you do not need to include your name and contact details unless there are particular issues that you would like to discuss.
