The Broughton Conservation Area Review document sets out the Council's interpretation of the Broughton Conservation Area. It looks at the character areas and defines management proposals to ensure the character and interest of the conservation area is maintained.
The draft document was subject to public consultation between April and June 2008, and comments were invited on its content. The representations received during that consultation can be viewed by clicking on the 'Broughton Conservation Area Review' link in the table below, then clicking on the 'View closed consultation' button and then clicking on the 'All Comments' tab. Officers have reviewed all the representations received and made brief comments where appropriate. These officer comments can also be seen following the same process.
In response to the representations received, the draft Conservation Area Review has been updated and amended where appropriate. The final version of the Broughton Conservation Area Review document can be viewed by clicking on the 'Broughton Conservation Area Review' link in the table below and then using the .pdf link on that page.
